Ahh, spring…
It’s the time of year when the world experiences a rebirth. The once bare foliage becomes green again and blooms in vibrant colors. The warm air creates in us a sense of renewal, and for me, the feeling that it’s time to clean out the closet!

I love spring cleaning. It’s the perfect time to get rid of the “stuff” you collected all year long but either never used or completely forgot about. Many of us hold onto things thinking that one day we may need them, but that day never comes and it just takes up space in our drawers and closets.
Personally, I enjoy cleaning out my closet the most. Some clothes no longer fit or, as my daughter will tell me, they just aren’t my style! We enjoy thrifting together, so making more room for new additions is essential.
Besides cleaning out drawers and closets, spring is the ideal time to declutter ourselves. We can collect a lot of mental and emotional clutter. Holding onto negative thoughts and unproductive behavior weighs us down and impacts our personal growth and relationships.
By reflecting and resetting, you can make space for growth, clarity, and what truly matters in your life.

Ask yourself:
What habits, routines, thoughts, or commitments are taking up space in my life without adding value?
What would it feel like to remove clutter (physical and emotional) and move through life a little lighter?
What beliefs are holding me back instead of lifting me up?
During your spring cleaning, I invite you to let go of the “shoulds” that weigh you down. We all have them, and they get in the way. Work to reorganize your time and energy around activities and commitments that align with your values. Focus on releasing self-doubt and comparison. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and our thoughts hold us back. Finally, make space in your life for new ideas, goals, and activities that excite and interest you.
Remember, you don’t have to spring clean everything overnight. Start with one drawer, one mindset, and one boundary at a time. Let spring be a gentle reminder to re-align with your values and create space for what truly matters to you.
Whether you're decluttering your mindset, making space for a new chapter, or simply craving more clarity, coaching offers you a supportive container to explore it all. Together, we’ll clear out the clutter, make room for what’s most important to you, and take small, powerful steps toward the life you want. Let’s make this spring your season of intentional growth!
